本地契约说明

路由：GET /api/pricing

注册处理器：github.com/QuantumNous/new-api/controller.GetPricing。

消费方：web_vue。

鉴权：公开或登录用户。是否允许匿名读取由对应 Header Navigation 模块策略决定；不要在前端绕过该服务端开关。

字段状态：controller-confirmed-pricing-nonstandard-envelope。字段为动态上游数据或回调负载时，文档会明确标记，不能补造 Schema。

页面/功能：定价页面按导航模块开关读取模型价格、可用分组、厂商和 endpoint 映射。

前端传参：无参数；允许匿名或当前 Dashboard 用户调用。登录用户会按用户分组过滤并获得其最终 group_ratio。

前端展示：顶层 data、vendors、group_ratio、usable_group、supported_endpoint、auto_groups、pricing_version。此接口没有顶层 message，也没有嵌套 data envelope。

调试：使用本操作的 x-debug 里的占位符；示例不含真实密码、API Key、签名、Cookie 或 Provider 密钥。
